Quite a while ago, I stumbled upon TED Talks when researching Public Speaking for a management course. It was love at first sight. The talks cover everything from social commentary, to technological and medical advancements, some are very serious, and others very entertaining.
I’m participating in Mental Health Awareness Month hosted by Leah from Uncorked Thoughts and Ula from Blog of Erised, and while catching up on some talks recently I found some that focused on Mental Health and thought I’d share them.
Feel free to link to any other Mental Health resources, videos and pieces in the comments.

Aww, thank you! I have two Liebster awards and another award post to write up and schedule, and I’m going to try to schedule in some posts this weekend too for the next couple of weeks as I have exams coming up – it’s going to be a weekend of me and my laptop getting well acquainted! When these exams are over my poor blog won’t know what’s hit it! R x
