Most Book Geeks have a significant TBR pile. They could be stacked up on your bedside table, overflowing from your bookshelves, or just bundled neatly around the floor, either way with SO many amazing books to get through, you would think we do little else except read.
But there comes a time, whether through book burnout, a reading slump, or just because you fancy a change of pace, that you need to take a break and do something different. So, what do Book Geeks do when they aren’t reading?
Is it acceptable to do a monthly wrap-up when you’re halfway in to the next month? I’m just gonna say yes and roll with it.
The past 6 weeks have been hectic – I went on my first ever Hen Party (which will go down in history as the BEST Hen Do ever!), had a promotion in work (which has been crazy busy), I’ve been working on a couple of unexpected freelance gigs, and I’ve been doing a decent amount of reading.
