Great choices. I adore that Shatter Me cover but not the book, I gave up on that series it just wasn’t for me. But the cover is still one of my favourites. And I love how fierce the cover for Throne of Glass is. And Dissonance is gorgeous! Lots of black and blue on the covers that catch your eye. Like you I prefer covers that don’t have real people on them, or just silhouette if they have to be real. It’s just more striking looking and less cheesy.

I think Shatter Me is thee best cover re-design I’ve ever seen! I’ve heard it can be hit or miss, but I’ve also heard people say that by book three it all makes sense and comes together and people love it then. I’m willing to give it a go, I’ve the first book waiting in my TBR. Usually I binge-buy and binge-read a series, but in this case I just got book 1 first, also because they’re never really on offer! Lol I LOVE the cover for Dissonance, I’m so sad it’s had a re-design! So now if I buy the cover I love for book 1 my book 2 won’t match… I’m fine with people, but I prefer more non-descript too. R x
