Books to Movies Giveaway Hop!

Books-to-Movie-Giveaway

Time for another Giveaway!

My last Banned Books Giveaway was so successful, and I had so much participation and interaction from you guys, that I’ve decided to do another one! So many of our favourite movies have originated as great books, so to celebrate that I’m going to give away a book that has a movie adaptation! This giveaway is international (as long as The Book Depository ships to you!), and you can choose any book you like that has been made into a movie, up to the value of $10.

Here are some of my favourite book to movie adaptations:

  2. I’d probably choose Here be monsters, since I’ve just found out The Boxtrolls was based on this book xD Methinks, also, that movies based on books are awesome (even when not that good) because they also allow us to get to know new books (I read The time traveller’s wife after watching the movie and loved it… watched The Maze Runner and now I want to read the book etc.)

Thanks so much for the giveaway and the chance to win :3

I would like to have To Kill a Mockingbird. I read it many years ago and would like to read it again and put it on my keeper shelf.

I’d go with The Fault in Our Stars because I really loved the book and the movie was a good adaptation of it

I would choose If I Stay because the movie’s coming out soon and I want to read the book before watching the movie.

I would probably choose Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, because I love HP but don’t own any of the books myself. It’s hard to choose, though! I’m tempted to pick a Jane Austen novel instead. 🙂

I read once The Hunger Games, I really loved but I haven’t got own book. And that’s why I’d pick that book 🙂

So hard to pick! I’d love to get Outlander (technically a tv show but amazing) but if it has to be a movie, I’ll go with either Time Traveler’s Wife of Gone Girl! Thank you so much for the chance to win!
